At the Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ), we recognize and share your concerns about privacy. The cornerstone of your relationship with us is trust. The information we collect comes directly from you or from an authorized representative of yours. This information may include identifying data like your name, address, telephone number, and email address. Much of this information is supplied to us at the time you open an account with us. Additional information to assist us in serving you may be provided to us by telephone, mail, or email.

CCNJ does not discuss its' clients affairs with anyone else, even other clients. However, in order to assist you as you have authorized, we may disclose nonpublic personal information to individuals or entities not affiliated with CCNJ  such as governmental regulators or law enforcement authorities. We do not otherwise disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone outside of CCNJ.

We are just as rigorous inside of CCNJ. Information concerning the identity and circumstances of our clients is confidential. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to our employees on a need-to-know basis. Additionally, CCNJ maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
